Played in an open 4ball comp, great value for money including bacon butty and coffee. Friendly welcome by all. Course a reasonable nick, a little tatty in places. Greens looked a bit patchy but had a reasonable roll to them and pretty quick as had been "ironed" that day. Well worth the entrance money for sure.

My kids are members of accrington golf and the welcome, the course and people are second to none. The youth development programme is fantastic, the club arranges driving range session totally free to aid the correct development. Everyone is so friendly and inviting from the staff to the pro and fellow golfers, a pleasure to be associated to this great club. Furthermore you will be amazed of the quality of the course.

Decent venue and course was enjoyable to play. Some challenging holes, and course held off heavy rain for a while before starting to see puddles on greens.

An interesting course with lovely views. A challenging course for all abilities. The course is kept in very good condition. . The ladies section are very friendly and there is always someone who will go out with the higher handicap ladies like myself. The club house is welcoming and the bar staff and catering staff are all very friendly.

The greens are excellent with contours to test the advanced golfer. Fairways kept with a carpet length grass with good driving widths. Treelined and views overlooking pendle hill. The club has invested recently in a turf iron for trueness and speed for the greens, and work on drainage throughout the course. Accrington g.c is a very friendly place to be and I may call it my first home being a member but so are all my family. The facilities for weddings and family parties are second to none with excellent hearty food. Come and see for your own eyes.

I started playing golf late in life,joined in 2008 made very welcome from the beginning a very friendly club and great course gets better every year very challenging the trick is to join and don't give up,best course for miles,they have some very good offers on
