Always Open
One of only a few courses open in all this wet weather. Considering all the rain this course has three loops of nine and can spread players out. The Woodland nine was the least wet and muddy of the 3 nines. All nines were on main tees and greens but a lot of the fairways were extremely wet and very muddy in certain areas but overall playable, just.Reviewer Rating

Course overall was in very good condition considering a weeks worth of rain with excellent pace on the greens. There was a notice saying all bunkers out of play due to the rainfall and having lost a ball in one you can understand why

Great
Very good just like singing hills in Sussex. Flat with lots of trees and water. If you want a challenge then you will enjoy yourself here.Reviewer Rating

Excellent Course
We played this club during a 2 night/3 round stay. The greens were probably the best I’ve played on in this country. We played on the day of the club championships and came across some brilliant pin positions. There was interesting holes on all three of the nines. Only downside was a five and a half hour round on the Monday, caused by a visiting society/group. The course does need a marshall. Bunkers were out of play due to recent heavy rain damage, but this didn’t really detract from our enjoyment.

3 nine holes that can be challenging
slighty boggy in places due to the amount of rain over the last 24 hours but playable

Great venue
Course us a very interesting layout , played last Friday ( oct 2021) it had rained non stop through the night - but we found the course and greens in particular to be in great condition. Food and beverage inside excellent and very friendly staff - we were travelling Dorset in our camper playing golf - this place well worth a visitReviewer Rating

Great Resort
Really great resort which we were lucky enough to visit last week. 8 of us stayed in one of their Scandinavian lodges which was superb. Course was brilliant, made up of 3 separate 9s. Only issue with the course was that the bunkers were pretty unplayable and need work. Food and service was excellent.Reviewer Rating

Great venue
Had a 2 night 3 round stay in a lodge. The facilities are superb and the courses interesting. The greens were huge and very tricky with so many slopes but all were in great condition. The courses were challenging with various obstacles and many bunkers. The rough was a challenge and ditches in awkward spots as well as trees. Most greens were heavily protected by bunkers but these were the only let down and need more work plus sand in them as very compacted. Food and service were great with friendly staff. Would highly recommend going there. 3 different 9?s so played all twice. The lodge we stayed in was huge and well equipped including a saunaReviewer Rating
