This is the only Nicklaus designed course in South Wales, and what a magificent allround experience it is (weather permitting of course). Situated on the Burry Inlet with views across the estuary towards the Gower it si exposed but rather idyllic and the course itself is always in imaculate condition and a very testing set of holes with water coming into play on just about every hole. The greens are some of the best you could ever hope to play on - approaching Tour standard.
This certainly not a course for the faint-hearted nor is it a course which allows you to just blindly rip it. The highlights for me are the tough Par-4 4th & 5th, the Par-3 11th withits 50+ yards deep green dominated by a largs lake, and the very tough long Par-4 16th which is a great golf hole.

If anyone is looking to have a golfing break in West Wales this is the must-play course.

A good challenge. Suberb greens combined with ultra modern clubhouse, much water and wildlife and lovely views over the Gower Peninsula and Lougher Estuary make for an absorbing and enjoyable day.

New golf course opened 2005 one hell of a golf course, inland links runs by Llanelli bay
this course plays like its been thair for years its a must for all golfers very freindly and thay do very good offers, our society will be going back again very soon excellent.

Great winter golf

Played as a Golf Society (24) on a Saturday. Course was immaculate, the fairway was like walking on a plush carpet. Greens were exceptional too. Long course and some really tough par 4's (distance/hazard) but some absolute crackers too. Thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and the members welcomed 24 'foreigners' onto their course with open arms - good value day out and highly recommend.
