course in good condition the greens are being kept long and being well looked after - noticeably seeing as it is members only

A Good Test
Greens of a high standard and the rest of the course is really well kept. Not the longest, but not an easy jaunt either. Some stunning holes, very picturesque and in a great setting too. Definitely worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Definitely need course management here! As you move around the course, check out what you’ve still to play ie as you leave the 8th tee, visualise the 12th and what the prevailing conditions are. 12th tee can range from 6 iron summer to driver in winter. Trickier than most first time out but a great challenge and well worth a few rounds.

Short course, but challenging.
Excellent condition considering the rain we have had.
No temporary greens and only one mat to play off.

Fantastic condition for the time of year, with superb(very tricky) greens. Course management is a must, the golf team are always trying to improve the course with two new holes being built as we speak. Great value for money, well worth a visit.

Challenging course that tests every shot from tee to green. Need to think your way around, becomes easier with familiarity, but rewards good shots. Conditions continually improving.

Good, going great........
Having been a member of five other courses in the area and played many more, Boundary Lakes is full of variety and will challenge most club golfers. It is a slightly more technical Par 69 that is not always forgiving for those that are unable to find the fairways most of the time or the greens over the lakes.Play it once and you may be overwhelmed by the focus required to have a good round. So play it again and it will grow on you. With as good balance of water hazards, bunkers and blind shots even after you have played it 50 times you will still find variety of differing strokes are required to navigate the course.
Sean and the friendly golf team are working hard to grow this still relatively young club and the effort the groundsmen have put into the greens and tees after just a few short years is just now paying off despite the dry spring/summer and wet autumn.

This course is not easy in spite of being a par 69. The greens are terrific but difficult to read. in spite of the recent downpours the course remains playable and the green keepers are doing an excellent job in maintenance and continue to improve all aspects. There are one or two things that need improving, such as paths, but these have been identified and will be attended to in due course. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. You need to play this course a few times to appreciate it's character. The views from the 15th green and 16th tee are super. This course will get better and better and is great value for money.
