with butch, lovely day
just joined on playmore golf. Lovely course in great condition. 3 and 4 balls allowed now so might start slowing the round down(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.5)

Great Day
Spent a great day playing this truly challenging course. Thee are some unique holes and testing greens which are immaculately kept. The whole experience was wonderful.Reviewer Rating

Only downside was pace of play 4 1/2 hours for a two ball. We had 2 four balls in front. Would play in midweek.

Great condition
Despite bad weather for the last two days, the Nicklaus course had drained well, and fairways were cut and greens rolled, lovely course, well worth the visit(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 94 Handicap: 17.8)

Carden Park
Great weather after the shocking rainThe course had held up really well not much standing water in the roughy or fairways, some bunkers full of water but this could’ve be helped durvtonthr heavy rain
Green had been rolled and ran really true, a lot of the rough hadebeen cut back which was great
Well worth a visit

Nicklaus - very nice
A good course, well laid out with a good mix of straightforward & some testing holes. I particularly liked 7 & 15 where the brook across the fairway makes you think strategically.The greens were good, but the bunkers were mostly awful.
Of the two courses, this was in slightly better condition, but I do prefer the layout of the Cheshire, especially the back 9.
For £20 before 8am, you can't really complain
