For a council run course its in very good condition. Greens quite fast.

Nice council course some long par 4 very relaxe course with a nice dogs leg. Nice wide open course right on the water front.

Good public course with good views over the Firth of Forth. Some tricky holes, including the dogleg 16th and long par 5 18th.

Parkland municipal course. Greens could be better, this was the most disappointing aspect of the course. Fairways reasonably wide so you are not likely to lose too many balls. Bunkers didn't have rakes.
Still an enjoyable course in a nice setting close to the Forth estuary

The course was a bit waterlogged when we visited but it would be a pretty decent course - challenging in parts. The par 5 600 yard 18th was a beast of a hole. No real facilities to speak of.

Played Challenge against 5 players from Barnsley. 10 golfers 11 for meal meal excellant but not in clubhouse outside caterer brought in and fed in room away from clubhouse with no bar or any real facilities, price good , bad weather had half the holes closed due to waterlogging. so disjointed course playing 1,5,8,6,7,14,16,17,18 twice in that order.
A good touch was a welcome pack with ball, tees, pencil and course guide, Greens not in great condition but the weather has been bad
