Oh dear - Tigned and very sandy greens
At least the greens are being looked after . Got money off so can''t really complain. However, the rest of the course....tee box very sparse and where there is grass it is very tuffy. Fairways ok and I wont mention bunkers as that would be unfair. The night before lightening storms and heavy rain until around 2hrs before I played. So bunkers fulkl of water and greens quite wet or with sticky sand and very slowReviewer Rating

Beautiful course on a sunny day. A few hills and challenging features, but otherwise kind enough to the casual golfer.

The course is both enjoyable and challenging. Whilst the greens and fairways are good on the higher parts of the course, the lower fairways tend to be extremely boggy. I will come back and play again in the summer when the course will have had a chance to dry outing properly reflect its qualities.

Waterlogged in places
Tee boxes patchy, Fairways Ok, Bunkers - no sand. Greens slow, a few really bumpy and one very spongy. Good for throwing an Approach shot high and at the pin(Round played: Feb 2022 - Score: 81 Handicap: 16.5)

Quick cheeky late afternoon round
it was threatening to rain and so course empty. Flew around. Tees ok, fairways a bit luck, not much run. Greens were a little on the slow side but receptive to approach shots. Bunkers.....what bunkers. No sand and plenty of weeds. Really should be marked as GUR.(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 87 Handicap: 15.7)

An easy flowing course with a bite at the turn
First 8 holes a bit up and down and "samey" but then it has its own Amen corner with the 12/13/14th. Trees are the main obstacles which dictate shape of shot from tee. Greens in good condition but a bit slow for this time of year. Very relaxed attitude in clubhouse and very friendly and warming.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 89 Handicap: 15.4)

Same old Lindfield
Was a member here several years ago and not much changed other than the trees are twice the height and the course feels a little more compact. Previously you could use a scatter gun but now you have to be more accurate.Probably the greenest course I have played in the recent dry hot conditions and the greens were ok if a little fuzzy. Hospitality and food good.

Cheap and cheerful. Course wasn't in bad condition. Greens were fairly consistent and the course is reasonable value for money. A few tough holes, but fairly straight up and down in places. Decent value for a cheap round and the course is rarely packed.

Tees ok, Fairways ok, Greens - need a cut. a bit slow but overall in reasonable condition. Some bunker work being done and some neglected. But for the price would definitely visit again
