Another fantastic course. I love the Old Course and this is a little like it but with more room off the tee. It has some great holes and the greens, while in great condition, are a real challenge. Some fantastic holes with the 12th a stand out for me as you have to manage your tee shot before hitting a long shot over water to the green. The buggys are great with electronic course guides included with all the usual bells and whistles. The only down side is a lot of criss crossing of roads and driving outside the course to get to some of the holes. When we played it was very busy with 4 groups on a hole at times which made for a very slow round. But on a sunny day having a chance to savour a great course was not such a bad thing!!

Another great Algarve course. Tricky greens that play very true. Course knowledge and layout will definitely prove an advantage next time.

This course is in amazing condition.
It was completely refurbed last year and is a much better course than it was.
Still not quite the flowing course it's sister, the South Course, is but it is now pristine.
Well worth a look if you're down that way.

lovely course now settled after a complete re-lay and some holes re-designed, the water at the 2nd now a challenge

They have just redesigned and remade this course.
They have definitely improved it but it still feels like a hack around a housing estate (a very expensive housing estate).
If you can only play one of the Quinta courses then my preference would always be The South course.

Great course. Excellent greens. Quinta do lago do need to get some more buggies though.

The new course is superb, possibly slightly easier than the south course but with faster greens.

We played the North Course 2 days after it had re-opened and it's in great shape. Would definitely recommend playing this course when in The Algarve.

It absolutely threw it down with rain but the course drained well and still held its own. Well worth a visit although they are rebuilding it from 2014-2015.

Love coming back to QDL I have been playing well but when your nt on your game this course will punish you. The course was a bit tired due to the recent very hot weather but the greens rams true. lovely day one day I will get it right.
