Excellent course. Difficult to play blind. The holes were very picturesque and you had to plan your shots. Definitely play again.

one of the finest courses in the area in my view. Beautiful mix of wooded holes and links holes all with a different challenge. Requires accuracy rather than length.

course in great condition. only fault that the par trhee holes are very much the same.

Have not played here for years,I'm going back in April 2013.from memory it's the best course of the the ones in le Touquet vicinity.and Hardelot les pins Le Mer are very good too.one monster of a par 5 uphill is outstanding

Our final day, led us to Belle Dune. Hard to say whether saving the best to last as it was a mixture of La Mer and Hardelot Les Pines. A great variation of Dunes and Forest, changing through the round. Great Stroke Index 1. After a bit of a discussion, only the Par 3's were disappointing. All within a 7 iron, and most were a 9 or wedge and all from
elevated Tees. But being picky to a wonderful course.

Set in the dunes and woods right on the French coast an hour south of Calais this is a course to bring out the best in anyones game and bite back if you are having an off day.
You have to think about virtually every shot. If you keep it straight scoring can be very good, but you do not need to stray far to drop a few shots. The greens were in excellent order, consistant in speed and interesting to read.
The sound of frogs is a contant companion and the back ground of the quirky holiday homes only adds to the atmosphere.
There was only one down side to this golf course...they would not let us go out and do it all again.
To take a line from the song by Elbow - "One day like this will see me right".

We play this course every year, it is a wonderful test for golfers of all abilities with a wide variety of looks and feel throughout the round. The greens are in superb condition and we wouldn't even consider dropping this baby from our annual pilgrimage!!
