Interesting course well worth playing. Also In good condition despite the recent heavy rainfall which was a concern prior to our visit.
This club is probably one of the friendliest clubs Ive visited.
Everybody we met including the Professional and the bar staff were most helpful.
The bar food afterwards was simple but excellent and just what was needed.
and I would certainly recommend to anyone a round here.

Greens were fantastic, very true and rather fast with subtle slopes. Fairway could have been better condition. Clubhouse staff and food was excellent

Course and greens in very good condition considering the recent weather. Clubhouse staff very helpful and friendly, food very tasty, will be revisiting soon.

played at worksop on a society day its the first time we have played there and it will not be the last the breakfast was good the course is very good but the greens are the best you will play on they where very fast n true thanks to all worksop for a great day we will see you next year

Worksop is as you'd expect perfect, tight through the woods and a good drive is needed, I struggled being a bit wayward off the tee and punished with tricky second shots, carnt wait to play here again.

Played this course on a charity day, fantastic course with well looked after greens and fairways (when I hit them). Would definitely recommend this course.

1st time playing here. Course is in excellent condition, greens very fast and fariways perfect. The course layout is interesting with lots of doglegs and tight fairways so its not about long drives, but precision and thought. £25 each in the afternoon and very friendly. I was very impressed

The course wa sgreat it wa sin good nick and the green's were excellent. The hand pulled beer was great and the food and staff were good . I've been about 3 times now and it is a brilliant course and of course lee westwood resides their.

Worksop is in better condition now than it ever has been, in fact it is awesome at the moment, great fairways, fantastic greens and the rough is now brutal, too brutal in places. The bunkers still need some sand in but this is the only thing wrong with the course, end of!!!!!

Great Course playable for all abilities
I took a group of 13 golfers of mixed ability and gender to Worksop on 23rd Aug had a great day out. The hospitality from all the staff was really appreciated, nothing was too much trouble including changes to what we had originally organised (thank you Simon for your flexibility). The food was very nice particularly the treacle sponge and custard which I would certainly recommend for anyone eating there in future. The course was in wonderful condition and provided an excellent test for golfers ranging from 7 to 35 hcp, everyone enjoyed it and some very good scores were registered. All in all it has to be said everyone had a great day and now all that remains is to organise yet another return trip.Reviewer Rating
