Bondhay 18 Hole Championship Course - Described as the only true championship standard course in the region, the 6871 yard, par 72 course dominates the surrounding Nottinghamshire countryside, offering a formidable round of golf with water hazards coming into play on 4 holes.
Bondhay 9 Hole Academy Course - The 9 hole academy par 3 course is perfect for beginners, experienced players honing their skills or for those who don't have time to complete a full round on the main course.

Treelined holes with great greens
Trickier than most courses with accuracy needed off the tees due to the treelined fairways. Greens in great condition, some fairways a little patchy with ponds on several holes to mix it up. The bunkers were inconsistent in their sand consistency, very friendly staff and members.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course
Fantastic course with some great holes.10 and 11 are such good holes.
Was in lovely condition and well kept.
Only slightly gripe was slow play of the few in front but didn’t let it spoil the round.

Hmmmm
A local course that is played regularly Spring through Autumn. Generally in excellent condition but the twice I've played to date in 2025 make me apprehensive. Sunday 20th April, great green fee rate and from tee to end of fairway presented in excellent condition but the greens were very poor showing few signs of improvement over a round in March.Pitch mark repairers must be about as common around Bondhay at the moment as is a bin man around Birmingham. Most greens, but especially the back nine, were more in need of a shave than I am. I genuinely think the course is under rated locally but today can only speak as I find but will end on a positive; the work undertaken to thin out the trees provide a much fairer test of golf with the advantage of speeding up play and providing better air/light around tee's and greens. I can only hope that a return visit will see progress made to the condition of the greens that in past years have been as good as any and a key feature to the aesthetics of this course.
