Not a bad course

Not a bad course to play, quite challenging with a fair share of long holes including the par 6 666yds. Unfortunately the course has declined since i last played here with the tee boxes and more importantly the greens in need of some attention. Still enjoyable to play though.

Disappointed

I have played this course regularly but unfortunately the fairways are a big disappointment. Holding water and poor quality of grass and rutted.
The greens are generally good. Possibly with time the course will mature and this problem will disappear.

we love this course it has everything.long holes.short holes..water hazards.its always in fantastic condion and the staff are awesome

Challenging undulating gem

Love playing this course its such a challenge. There's a great variety of holes that tests even a more competent player let alone a beginner like myself. Starts of quite gently but by the end you know that you've walked a fair distance. At only ?22 for a round on a Saturday morning is excellent value and I will definately being playing again & again!

Post lockdown

Good to be back playing again
The course was in reasonable condition but bare in patches on the fairways and the greens were uneven. We were a little surprised given it had not been played for 3 months.

Outstanding greens!

Outstanding greens considering that the course was completely waterlogged and in some parts, unplayable. Excellent customer service and a great track, well worth a trip.

Wouldn?t rush back

Played the course in October when it's perhaps not at its best but I wouldn't rush back. Greens were quick and in good condition, the GPS screens on the buggies are great and the signature 18th is a great finishing hole. Negatives though it felt a bit like a business trying to turnover cash that's struggling a bit. What should be an impressive fountain out front is overflowing with algae on every level, the fairways weren't great in places, some having had a bit of a half done repair job. Bunkers weren't great and the tee boxes for the yellows were awful (the reds, blues and whites on the whole actually looked ok). Not a terrible course but not that attractive or interesting.
