Played here on a very cold day. Friendly staff in pro shop - but did not mention the entire course was on temp greens (rough) and one of the holes which is usually a par 5 was that day playing as a 150 yard hole.

Stuck in between some slow players who idn\'t offer to let me through, and a stuck up ignorant man, who became impatient because I was delayed. Ruined the whole experience of what is a well presented course, slightly wet in areas. Won\'t be going there again, members should be warned if their future conduct towards \"outsiders\".

keep away from this one, waterlogged you have to play off mats in the winter, or when the have had heavy rain, overpriced.

Front 9 shouldn’t be open.
For the course to still be like a building site after 2 years of work is a joke.They must have very understanding members!!

How’s it still open??!!
How this golf course is still open for business given the building site it currently is beyond me.Matiance is one thing but when you’ve got 4 holes closed and one playing as a par 3 and still have the cheek to charge full price for a round , well it’s not exactly fair is it with no prior warning before booking.
The pro in the shop said they’ve been trying to inform golfnow , I don’t believe him they just want the green fee following the pandemic there’s some understanding for that , not in this case for the state of the course.
Plus side is ,once all the work is completed it will make the course so much better especially during winter months when it’s known for how wet it gets.

Course was almost un-playable as it was soaking wet and six temporary greens in place , I've played here before but never seen it so bad but this won't stop me playing it but in the summer next time !

Still playing off mats on the majority of holes and winter fairway tees on the rest. Course obviously suffers from waterlogged fairways with plenty of ruts and depressions. Greens however excellent. Bunkers well kept.
Course may be tight but it never gets exciting with pretty straightforward up and down layout. Still not sure whether it has a signature hole.
Good reserve if you can't get on your favorite course

Good greens
Nice tree lined track keep it out the trees you can score , shame the course gets so wet even with the slightest down poor.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.9)

Nice Course
Obviously playing in November I didn't see it at it's best, but it was a well laid out track where you had to be accurate off the tee due to the tree lined fairways & hit the well protected greens with precision.It feels a bit short & cramped to start with & a small brook protects a handful of the greens early on. However from the 5th onwards it starts to lengthen & open out & turns in to a good parkland course.
The greens & bunkers were superb, as good as anywhere for this time of year.
The welcome was excellent, every member said hello & a few even showed interest in me asking where I was from & if I'd enjoyed the course.
All in all a decent experience & a course I'd definitely like to re-visit in the summer.

Great course, a little wet
Really nice course, but there was a lot of damp areas. Also the greens were not in good condition, hopefully they will be better by the summer.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 88 Handicap: 11.8)
