Most tees and greens in a shocking state. Distinct lack of water and we have only had hot weather for last ten days. Come July it will be horrendous unless it rains. Not with the green fee.

We have had some issues with our irrigation system which is now fully back in action, we will also be replacing this over the winter period at a cost of over half a million pounds and Just to clarify we have not had rain for over 30 days,

Sorry you did not enjoy your visit this time but I can assure you the course will be in mint condition moving into the summer months.

Good course, has 3 nines for good variation. Some good risk reward holes. The course over the road is normally quiet because it is very hilly but has some great holes. Would recommend playing off the whites as some holes can be short from the yellows

Could be great but bad management

The course itself is a good course it’s just let down by poor management. Most courses have 3 cuts of grass this has a fairway then overgrown bush. Where there are hazards like trees the rough around them is unplayable. If they could manage the green keeper and get the course fitting to its £1500 per memberships then this would be a great course. But at present this is like a municipal course being badly looked after. As I say this could be a great course but the lack of groundsmanship is a huge let down.
That could also update the driving range balls. After paying £3 for balls half of them where in no condition to use

A day at Warley

Bar staff all polite and we were served quickly. Pro shop is basic but staff were also welcoming. Fast greens and fairways in good condition. Bunkers weren't good, definitely need work. Overall well worth another visit

Warley Park

Played in May the course was in good condition the greens were good to putt on but would not hold when hitting into the green.
A nice course a good lay out and not to long but the day was spoiled a bit with a very slow society in front of us, we will play again but will check before hand on society’s before we book up. Friendly staff.

Decent course with variable holes which uses the natural slopes. Most tee shots are blind over hills which can be interesting (or frustrating). Coming through a few weeks of rainy weather and a few days of drying out the grass was a bit too long (rough, fairways and green), but understandable and I?d expect if playing a few days later the course would be in better cut condition. Driving range is currently closed (renovations I believe) and they also have a practice green; could do with an area for chipping and/or practice nets.
A few apps haven't yet been updated to match the change to the 8th hole. Decent bar, does food and drinks suitable for both before, during, and after a round. Happy to come and play again over the summer months.

Warley Park

Haven’t played this course for about 15 years, great layout not to long, have to think on the greens, great clubhouse, played in February the greens and course were good for the time of year, we will be back to play it again.

Booked a round on a Saturday afternoon as a 1 ball and was grouped with a 3 ball who by the way were lovely fellows. Friendly welcome right from the off both in the clubhouse and from the course Marshall. Course was in great knick considering the amount of rain that fell that week. Very hilly but would play again but maybe with a buggy next time as the old knee are not what they used to be

Pace Of Play

The Pace of play at the course is terrible! This is down to the fact that tee times are not spaced out adequately . The lack of marshaling. When questioned in the clubhouse they did not seem to be bothered by it in the least. Took us 4 hours 15 minutes to play a 3 ball! absolute joke.!

Many thanks for the review but I feel that your comments are unfounded and quite frankly unwarranted, 4 hours 15 minutes is perfectly acceptable pace of play on any course playing as a 3 or 4 ball.

We have marshals on the course 7 days a week to maintain a pace of play, as for value for money only being rated at only half a star, I challenge you to find better value in this area.
