Very good local course. In great condition - greens fast and tough but very enjoyable. If in the area give it a go.

Lovely evening for golf. course in excellent condition. Greens were very true although some really hard pin positions and electric quick. Will certainly be back.

Great track quite hilly and not easy to find but a gem in the bury hills of Lancashire with great views on all sides

great course lovely views the second best green in this area. Course has everything water, gradients, dog legs, All in great condition

Very good club/course with friendly members and excellent facilities. the course is immaculate and has hole fo every ability with just one 'ridiculuos'hole!New players to the course will soon know which one it is.

Walmersley golf course is a great test of golf. Played it last week and it had stood uo to the rain very well. No winter greens, no trolley bans, full length course (infact some tees were on the whites) and all for only £15> Great value for money and some breath taking views. Recommend it to any budding golfer.

Decent course
Decent course and great views. The condition of the tees wasn’t as good as I would have expected but it didn’t detract from the experience.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 110 Handicap: 39.2)

Fair Course
An average round with my son who only a beginner still had a good round up to 16th where he retired with an existing injury put down 2 8's for last 2 holes for him to card a 116 (lot to learn)(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 89 Handicap: 10.6)
