A good choice for a hotels stay and play location in the south Leicestershire area. The course is well maintained and has a number of interesting feature holes which utilise an old abandoned railway line. I've never stayed in the hotel but have visited as part of a society and the food and services are great.

Excellent course. Played in 2015 & 2016, both times in excellent condition.
Some good 'test of golf' holes with some birdie opportunities.
Hotel excellent as well. Friendly staff & food pretty good.

played first time 3-4 years ago so was looking forward to today.Course was in excellent condition. Only a couple of temporary tees, 1 winter green...all the greens were in excellent condition. The course is nice but not that hard.... quite a few short straight holes. The 1st, 6th and 18th are REAL tests of golf. Very enjoyable...

Nice course, some tricky holes. Was very windy when I went which made it a bit more difficult. Good tees and greens and fairways well kept. Nice bar

Very nice course in excellent condition. Greens have quite a few slopes and very tricky putting but were in great nick and ran very true. Hotel was great and staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Fastest greens I've ever putted on. Course does not suit a 'slicer' like me as everything is out of bounds to the right!
