Super Harry Colt designed course

What a gem of a course hidden away in the Surrey countryside. Lovely old club house with great facilities. The course was still recovering from the hot Summer but was in good nick - and the greens were superb. A pleasure to play on and we were made very welcome. Highly recommended.

What a great course in the Surrey hills , if you get a chance to play then do so as a little unknown gem , course is in excellent condition with tough bunkering and very fast good quality greens , in the top 100 courses of England.Beautiful old style clubhouse makes this place special with great catering facilities.

The whole experience was excellent. There is plenty of parking in the grounds. The club house is olde world and spacious. Changing rooms and facilities are first class and the lunch was excellent. The course is varied and challenging. A couple of holes are being renovated but no issue. The greens are in good condition as are most of the fairways. A few muddy patches but to be expected coming out of winter.

There are so many bunkers on this course, and all are kept in good condition. Greens undulating but running true. Made to feel welcome. It would help if there were directions to the next hole and maybe a hole map/guide at each tee.
A course where you need to play for position off the tee.
