Great course with a great welcome.
We play this course twice a year and it is always high on our list. The welcome we get and the course it's self is wonderful. I would defiantly recommend a visit to this course.Reviewer Rating

Good Greens for time of year
First time at Stand - enjoyable round of golf and greens in good condition considering the time of year and recent weather. Also enjoyed the bacon roll and coffee deal which set us up for the round. Only problem was a 4 ball in front (Partnof a Golfing Society outing) who were very slow - would be great if everyone could play ‘ready golf’ on fairways and be ready to take their putt as soon as their partner has finished.(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 17.5)

Lovely course and staff
We have played this course a few times now and I have enjoyed every visit, It is always a course I see in a positive light.(Round played: Feb 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 15.7)

After all the wet weather we have had, this course is just what you need. Quite steep in places, so beware, but some really nice holes, a good challenge for all levels. Friendly staff and a good deal from 2pm in Feb when I went. I can't get over how well drained the course is,excellent green keeping. Will definitely be back.
