Bunkers looked to have little sand in but otherwise very good condition and fast greens. Would definitely play again

first time i had visited this course. Tricky golf course and the wind was very strong which made it somewhat challenging.

Average course, I prefer other courses inot the area. There were other players skipping and joining holes all over the course

This is my local course and is great. Not every par 4 hole is a driver, that's what makes it exciting. Plenty of blind tees, dog legs a few par 3's for interest. The course is split between Oakland and heathland. Give it a go, you will like it, I'm sure

Great and challenging course, thats in great condition , few blind holes.
A course where the driver isn't always necessary from the tee box , which makes you think about your shot more. Could do with a few more distance markers but overall great.
Staff friendly and good pro shop.

Im a member at Southmoor G.C. so you may think im biest, but to tell you the truth i think that it is one of the best courses in Co. Durham. it has held many County compititions plus the UNDER 16 English & under 14 championships. it was desined by Alister Macensey the very same person who desined Augusta
