What The Club Says
Roseberry Grange Community Golf Club was originally opened in May 1987. Built on the site of the former High Handenhold colliery the course was originally run and maintained by Durham Council until a takeover by the members in July 2011. This community golf course measures 6152 yards off the medal tees, (par 71), and 5672 yards off the yellows, (par 70). The course has a challenging layout offering a good variety of holes and a good test of golf for both the beginner and the more advanced player with some tricky shots into elevated greens and subtle borrows on the greens.
