A hidden gem of site. Great greens, but a tough challenging course, narrow and probably a tough site when the wind blows.

The bunkers require some attention, however apart from this it is quite a challenging course. Hole 13 The Descent keeps you straight on a blind drive!

A very good course. The first 8 holes lull you into a false sense of security, then 9 to 15 are an excellent test of golf. It's just missing another par 5 otherwise I couldn't fault it. The welcome was also very friendly.

Far more challenging than the short par suggests, and one to play when the weather is bright and sunny with interesting views across Leeds on offer. Can suffer a lttle bit from the locals lack of understanding what a golf course is, but this no more than a minor irritant at most and doesn't detract from the overall experience. Greens during the summer can be excellent whilst the course is generally in very good condition. Pro shop, bar and club house are good and welcoming with a nice pint on offer to boot. Both the course and club house have a fairly strict dress code so check before you play. A good course with a couple of very tough holes - no doubt enhanced when playing from the white tees.

very good golf course very long and a hard walk it is very hilly but it really is worth the time and trouble to visit go evening and you will get a better deal the greens are very good the fairways are tight on some holes and some holes you tee off over trees so its a case of hit the ball and hope it went straight i really like this course hope you will too well worth a visit

The course needs more taking care especially the greens. Over all it’s a nice course. The grass on the fairway needs to be looked after a bit more

Not too bad for the price. Bunkers could have done with raking out and some of the greens weren't brilliant! Overall you get what you pay for.
