What the club says: Situated in West Yorkshire, on the A61 Leeds Road in Lofthouse, we are 6 miles from Leeds and 3 miles from Wakefield city centres. The golf course is an undulating 18 hole par 70 parkland course approximately 6,000 yards long, with many mature trees in the confines of the course.

Played Thur 10/10 only nine holes open first hole should have been closed a lake on the fairway to the left temp greens unplayable they try hard but itWas not worth £18 to play front nine twice?

good value
very quiet course and good value, the two for one on a Thursday and Friday is excellent deal and the course is very quiet on Fridays. The food is also very good value for money .(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 114 Handicap: )

Loft house hill
A challenging course but even more challenging greens as they are the size of postage stamps! Greens really challenging and some narrow fairways but not a bad knock other than the 3rd hole which is impossible to work out! Nice clubhouse very friendly and welcoming.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 87 Handicap: 20.4)

tight fairways

Excellent value for money and the course was in good nick. Bunkers were not great though but that was due to heavy rain during the night.

Was a member here a long while ago, very impressed with the improvements, the course was drier than my "home" course literally 4 miles away, tight fairways make sure lofty is always a test, it helps you to try hit straight, greens were good for the time of year, smaller greens ensure you have to be accurate on approach, £16 on a weekend is excellent value. The clubhouse is clean beer reasonable and the staff friendly.

Lovely course. Lots of variety to the holes. Only one hole that was a straight up and down. Would definitely play again

Played here for the first time today, very impressed, superb value for money £8.course is well kept,and yes most of the holes have small greens,but this only helps to improve your accuracy, which can't be a bad thing. highly recommend going, and we will be returning in the near future... well done lofthouse hill
