If you're looking for a good friendly welcoming club then South Leeds Golf Club is the place to be. The course in its self is special and the views are amazing. Looking over most of Leeds whilst stood on the 4th green and 5th tee you can see for miles on a clear day. The green are all different and have a character to them and so does the course no hole is the same all bringing a unique feel when stood on the tee. Finally the value for money is extremly good for just £10 on a week day and only £12.50 on a weekend you cannot get anybetter than that. Its a slight challange off the tee but if you can keep the ball straight then you shouldnt have a problem scoring well. They have smaller greens also so bring your short game with you as if you get the wrong side of the hole there may be a three or four putt lurking. I give this a 8/10 the only thing It lacks is a couple more par 5s however the last hole is the trickiest par 5 you may ever play.

greens not as good as I expected, certainly not as good as last time I played there. lots of leaves on the course, all four of us lost quite a few balls

For £10 a round off the internet you certainly can't complain about this course. It's quirky and interesting. Greens were very slow but apart from that it was fine.

fantastic course really challenging 16/18 greens perfect coupe needed tending to other that couldnt fault the course at all value for money £10 is an absolute steal great secretary great captains pro shop man very poor but captains made up for it 
will deffo be taking our group of golfers again

Looking for a challenge? Ignoring you collect your bunker rake at first tee and carry with you, plastic flags (locals must be metal collectors), tee info boards being defaced, no ball washers and the tees could do with some weed & feed application. the greens are fantastic and murder to read. This is a gem I must go back to again.
