Good Weather makes it perfect

Played here a few times but the most recent the sea mists rolled in & visibility dropped from 100 yards to about 30 on the last few holes. The 18th has a sharp descent so make sure any less fleet footed in your group keep their trolley ahead of them.

Really great course. Would benefit from a course guide but will be easier on second time out. Unable to try club facilities as there was a function on when we finished. Will certainly play again many more times given the opportunities

The course had amazing views to the East of Seven Sisters and to the West of the Isle of Wight. The elevated tees, forgiving nature, great greens and fairways all made for a great round of golf.

Its all about 18

Excellent interesting course with challenging holes. Hole 18 must be the best hole in the whole of the UK. Simply an amazing experience and hole that will live long in the golfing memory

Great view

Very good test even on a day the wind is not blowing .Like everywhere the fairways very dry though not rock hard.A challenging walk especially the short par 3 11th is a very steep climb .The views on the back 9 are sublime holes 12 and 13 looking towards the seven sisters and also hole 18 is a tricky walk down from the top.

Genuinely unbelievable conditions, a true gem. Yes it’s not the longest course or the most challenging but You will find it very tough to find a course with better views. And as for the 18th that speaks for itself. Try it you won’t be disappointed

Excellent Scenic Course

One of my favourite courses. Not long, but tricky in places, especially if they let the rough grow in the summer. There is a fairly serious climb from the 11th to the 13th tee, so that has to be taken into consideration. It is worth the climb though, with lovely views of the cliffs along the 14th fairway, and the 330 foot drop at the 18th tee.

From my experience it appears that the greens are always in great condition, and there's a newish clubhouse that's great for resting up after the round. Well worth a trip.

I really wanted to enjoy this course today and went off first. I decided to walk it. Due to the time I was battling the sprinklers which was a challenge. The course is something else. Very well maintained and you would think it was private. Lots of ground staff out maintaining it. When it's raining in December this is the kind of course and weather you miss. Some of the holes you wont see anywhere else. The 5th Par 5 requires a launch downwards on to the fairway, the 12th Par 3 requires a launch uphill on to the green and the 18th is a Par 5 launched down from the top of the cliffs. The clubhouse afterwards is called The View and has views of the 1st and 18th. The dog walkers were no problem, although there was a curler laid near the 4th, believed to be from a dog.
