OK
Enjoyed the round. Some nice par 3s but too many bunkers for my liking. Worth buying a course planner so you know where you are hitting on blind tee shots.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 108 Handicap: 31.5)

Heathland
Real proper heathland course with a good mixture of long and short holes. Really penal bunkers around (all around) many greens which cost me at least 5 shots in the round but really enjoyed it.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 92 Handicap: 18.8)

BUNGS SINGLES MATCHPLAY
Splendid day on a tight golf course. Many hole particularly the short par 3's require accuracy and straight hitting. Lovely clubhouse and the staff were very helpful made the day one to be remembered.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 101 Handicap: 23.5)

Sand Moor GC
Great alternative to Moortown and not as brutal, played in almost perfect conditions, light breeze, warm day, greens always in fab condition & run true, rained on the last hole but didnt dampen a great knock & day - thoroughly recommend this course, staff very friendly & accomodating.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 82 Handicap: 13.3)

Fantastic course, loved the scenary. The par 3s are very difficult here and the rough is punishing if it is found. I like starting with a par 5 it breaks you in gently. Some of the bunkers required a bit more sand but other than that this is a perfect place to play golf.

Only bad point I can find is they made me very hungry as the joint of meat had just gone out for the carvery - it looked like an M & S advert! Lots of people were arriving all dressed for evening meal when we left, so it is obviously a popular place to go and eat also. Nice to see - will most certainly be back.
Views will probably be very nice in the spring / early summer, before the leaves are fully out, the eccup reservoir run alongside this course but you would hardly know since the trees block the view, couple of places you can see it but before the leaves get thick you'd see down the whole of it i would think
