What the club says: The Alwoodley Golf Club, founded in 1907, is officially recognised as one of Britain's finest inland heathland courses. Alwoodley's runs almost straight out and back, the inward nine being tougher as most of the holes are played into the fresh winds off the Yorkshire Moors.

Golf Course Reviews for Alwoodley Golf Club
McKenzie's first course is an excellent track. A tough but fair test of golf. The back 9 into the wind is a challenge
A fantastic course which is well worth a visit and the back 9 was very challenging
