Awesome course

Great Course with hospitality to match.
Had a weekend stay in Dormy house with golf. This was excellent value for overnight stay, meal and golf. The hospitality was great, nothing was a problem for the staff.Reviewer Rating

Great course and you must find the fairways no stay out of the bunkers.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great course. For the money? no. If you can't hit it straight it will destroy you, as most of my society found out. The course is littered with bunkers and higher handicap golfers struggle getting out of them. The wind was in our faces on the way out and it was as tough as it gets. Personally, it's not a patch on Carnoustie.

LOvely round, stayed in Dormy house and dinned in clubhouse. all very well looked after.

The course was in great condition. the course proved a bit too much for me and at one stage I seemed to go from bunker to bunker and, the wind was a bit on the strong side depending which way we faced. I would not have had it any other way it was a privilege to play this magnificent course. If I'm ever lucky enough to get the chance to play here again I would not hesitate.

A top class course and a very tough test. Hard to,find any faults at all although the bunkers are extremely severe and probably unfair on many locations. Overnight in the Dormy House is a special treat.

Great to play one of the iconic courses. Took advantage of a special rate being offered to 4 ball groups during March and totally enjoyed the experience. Look forward to going back some time in the future
