Havent played here for a couple of years and heard it been refurbished so thought id try it out. Almost missed my tee time as I went to the old entrance so make sure you have the right postcode. Clubhouse has totally changed and has a grass roof! Nice views over a big pond. Course was good for time of year and I've put my name down for their open in a couple of weeks.

Played this weekend despite it being wet I enjoyed my round. Even better was the free callaway balls I got by completing my loyalty card. You can normally get a better price by booking on the website. Range balls are strixon and good quality.

First time ive played richmond in a few years. Entrance is now off A3 instead of going through the park, which makes life a bit easier. Loads of changes, new driving range and par3 course are big improvements. Its strange playing holes in a different order but the work done to improve the holes is impressive, I will be coming back.

Busy course on weekends but things seem alot smoother now theres a starter on the tee but sometimes a bit of a wait on par 3s. Greens in great nick for time of year tho. Was sent offer online for 10%off which made it good value.

I played in an away day at Richmond Park last week, the first time I've been back since the new golf course opened. We played the princes and its a huge improvement, with some really interesting holes. We had ham egg and chips in the clubhouse and for a total of £20 including golf (I'm a senio golfer) I think itsreally good value. The chef was also very friendly which made the whole day very enjoyable.

This golf course and its facilities have improved no end over the last year. The new layout and club house are very welcoming and the course is in good nick, providing a good fair test of golf. The guys at reception advised that a full programme of winter work is under way to improve both courses even further. Will definitely play again.

I have been playing at Richmond Park for over 30 years and I have to say the place is about as good as I've ever seen it. The staff are very friendly and the work done on the course over the last couple of years is really starting to make a difference. Hats off to the staff who make me feel right at home when I play each week.

richmond park has under gone refurbishment and both courses are now open
it has been taken over by glendale golf and is good value for money being in london it has a small clubshop and a large bar area and the course is in very good condition there is a snack bar at the 9th serving burgers and hot and cold drinks the rough was let to grow at first but some of the members complained so it has been cut back to be a bit more playable
(Round played: Aug 2014 - Score: 92 Handicap: )

Played the Prince's course yesterday and I must say its been well worth the wait! The new holes are great fun to play and really improve the way the course plays. With the new driving range and clubhouse its a must play.

Bit of a wait of the tee but the wait was well worth it. The new driving range is very good and is quite a bit cheaper than others in the area - brand new balls make a difference. I notice the some people have complained about the lengthy rough, but to be honest you'd have to hit it miles off course to get into trouble and it's no different to other courses in the area.

I teed off early (8.48) and the pace was ok, but as i finished it was really busy. However, the course was in great shape after the rain

Good Value
Courses (Dukes and Princes) both in remarkably good condition considering how popular they are. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse has lovely views over the courses and the Royal Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Two courses with contrasting characters and degrees of difficulty. Both incredibly well maintained for public courses and reasonably priced too. There's a pleasant clubhouse which serves a wide selection of beverages and food. The clubhouse also has an outdoor area edged by a large pond. There's a wide variety of wildlife to see both around the pond and on the courses. There's also a 20 bay driving range along with chipping and bunker practice areas. I like it enough to be a member the club based there.
