First timer I have played this course as they now have a twighlightdeal from 3pm. The first 6 holes are played on a poshj field which has been well maintened, the next 12 holes are completly different with lots of water and strategically based bunkers waiting to catch any mis-hits. Not long in length but plenty to think about, excellent condition

Great club
The greens are in great shape, fairways a little bare still after the hot summer but I'm sure they will come back, clubhouse and staff are really fabulous, nothing is too much bother.Reviewer Rating

I played this course a year ago and the first 6 holes are quite bland and it feels like a field has been converted and its not mature at all. One year on and the area is a lot more established and feels like a proper golf course. The holes from 7-18 are much more established and very picturesque with water on a lot of the holes. Very peaceful considering how close it is to Heathrow. Well worth a visit

Nice Course
Played here for the first time.Nice challenging course with some interesting holes.
Very good greens.
Friendly clubhouse and a great value breakfast.

Needs maintenance asap
Richings Park has cut a lot of corners in the last 2 years. The fairways are in HORRIBLE condition, and in DESPERATE need of being aerated. For the price a round now costs here, I would not expect to the fairways to be almost like clay. There approaches to the green are just bare mud, so approaching with any sort of wedge is just useless (bump and run only). Also, there used to be someone at the 1st hole ensuring tee times were regulated, but now its just a free for all, and this just makes for an awful experience.Richings Park, you have a lot of people playing golf now, so hows this for an idea? MAINTAIN YOUR COURSE TO KEEP PEOPLE COMING BACK!

Very pleasant course
I played here after a lot of hot & sunny days, so I doubt that I saw the course at its best. That all said, it's certainly pleasant enough that I'd come back again soon.There seems to be two distinct sections to the course, The first 6 holes are fairly open, and the fairways seem to have struggled in the recent heatwave. The next 12 holes are much more tree lined, and while the fairways are still brown, they look like they'll come back quite quickly given a spell of wet weather. The greens were all in great condition.
There are a couple of tight holes, and there's water that comes into play on a few holes (15, 16, and in front of the 18th green) but generally this is a mostly forgiving and short-ish course that players of all handicaps can enjoy.

Young course but very welcoming

I played this course after the recent dry weather and although the fairways were very dry, the greens were in very good condition without any patches. The first 6 holes are relatively new although the last 12 are well established and a lot of water is around to catch any errant shots.

ood course
