Not quite sure how it wins so many awards. Very friendly set-up and some nice facilities, but the greens were absolutely shocking. (Actual bare, muddy patches...like the surface of the moon!)
Even if the greens were superb...there are nicer courses in the North West more worthy of awards.

Difficult conditions as it was very wet under foot, playing with temporary greens on some of the holes. Course in good condition considering the weather, a very enjoyable day.

an enjoyable round of golf in some unusual condition, quite damp areas surounding the green with some stern competition from my mates, played well off the tee but failed to turn it into low scores. All in all a very nice club to play at and i shall definatly be making it a regular on my golf venues

very nice course how ever was very frosty so did not get to enjoy the course fully, on that note i will be re-visting in better weather as it is a good course. so due to the weather and only the weather it was alright but great value for money to keep the swing going through these dreaded winter months.

Flat parkland type course but a good challenge.
There are a total of seven holes containing water hazards with the par 4 11th having a water hazard running from the tee to the green splitting the fairway in two.
Since opening in 1993 Pryors Hayes has matured steadily and is now recognised as a premier North West golf course to play. Since the change of ownership in April 1999, the experienced golf professional management team has made some dramatic improvements in the course layout.
There are a total of seven holes containing water hazards with the par 4 11th having a water hazard running from the tee to the green splitting the fairway in two.

A good course. Not long, but it pays to think your way around rather than pull out the Driver for most tee shots. Generally in good condition, the one thing that lets it down are the tees, not flat and very patchy.

The welcome is warm and the facilities are good. Tees and fairways are generally in good condition, but greens and some bunkers are inconsistent. Some challenging holes, a fair test.
