Hidden Gem
Played course on a Wednesday night at a twilight rate of £12 - course is in exceptional condition, and myself & playing partners agreed it felt like playing a resort course it was that good! Fantastic place to play golf.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 99 Handicap: 18.5)

Incredible Course - Highly Recommended
This course is a definite must play - the staff are very helpful and friendly and the course is in great nick, especially considering the harsh weather conditions recently. The food is great - served quickly and very tasty and as far as cost I would say it is very reasonable considering the quality of the course - they have various deals for potential members and the food bypasses its price by far in my opinion. Although there is not an actual driving range they have a driving practice area in top nick as well as a top of the range putting area and an already good chipping range that they have currently invested in improving further. They do their utmost to maintain a good pace of play and are always open to criticism. All in all a top of the range course that I would be happy to play anytime.Reviewer Rating

Played pavenham last week, and must say I will definitely be returning. Friendly staff and members makes for a nice welcome. Course in tip top condition. Greens are like no others you'll play anywhere, and I've played a lot in the uk and abroad. Undulating, pure roll and fast, now just got to work out how to read the slopes!!!! Visually a stunning course with a good mix of holes and plenty of birdie opportunities for all levels of golfers. Loads of room for my wayward drives but definitely a course you need to plot your way round. Seen some other reviews on pace of play but personally my 2 ball got round in good time, despite being busy. If a course is not busy then I'd question why!!!

Brilliant, just brilliant.
This course is absolutely fantastic. The best I have played on this year (including the brabazon). The fairways are immaculate and very forgiving for the slightly wayward shot as the rough is kept well and you always have a shot out and can always find your ball. The greens are brilliant. They are so fast that it takes a bit of getting used to. The front 9 is a real challenge for all levels of golfer but still fun and the back 9 is a bit easier and allows players to fully enjoy the head back in. The 9th and 18th are both fabulous holes to close a set of 9.I played as a visitor after 3pm at a price of £12 ( this is phenomenal value for money). The pro shop is well stocked and the clubhouse looks great. The two old boys playing infront of my pairing were very friendly and helpful as some of the holes are blind to a new visitor. The course is 50 minutes from my town but I'll be back to play it again next week.

Excellent condition. Exciting greens. 6 are Augusta like, 6 flat and 6 gently undulating. I'd rate it one of the best for overall experience in the area.

Tremendous course which is getting better with age! New lake on the 18th hole makes a superb finish.
Greens were in great condition . I've played all the nearby local courses and this one stands head and shoulders above for its consistent great condition and interesting and varying layout. Clubhouse and staff excellent.
