Hot Deal Tee timeGreat Value
18 holes 18th greens open 1 temporary tee. Given the recent weather that is a great achievement. buggies on front nine paths only but trollies OK throughout. Some areas of boggy ground and a couple of lost balls on the fairway due to it being saturated. Amazing Value for ?10 each. No hot water in changing rooms,(now resolved) greens understably bobbly but still a very enjoyable experience. ?10 for a past Euro Pro Tv venue. Great Value.Reviewer Rating

Worth it on a discount
Got this on reduced green fees.Fairways and greens in great condition with ditches and ponds aplenty.
Forgiving off most tees. A good course to try out the dusty driver. Most par 4s were long, and the par 3s lacked interest.
To me it had the standard corporate hotel course feel to it but it does have a few picturesque approaches to some holes.
The greenkeepers were very friendly, esp. the one we almost hit ! He found our ball and one extra.
Overall a pleasant enough round, but the course did not "excite" me.
Would probably return nonetheless on the discount

Great for beginners
Nice little course. Not overly challenging so great for beginners like me to concentrate on hitting better shots without having to worry too much about course management. Some of the par 4s are quite generous so there’s always the chance for high handicappers to bag a birdie when that elusive good tea shot is hit.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 43 Handicap: )

Great value
Lots of money spent over the last few years. Greens are very slow every year. If want to compete with local competition, need to improve significantly. Bunkers are generally shocking, mainly due to too much sand. Driving range is almost certainly one of the best in the Midlands, if not the Country.Reviewer Rating

Not the best
Played the Manor course on very hot Sunday. Poor round played but was disappointed with the course itself. Greens were really bobbly in place, bunkers were full of sand (makes a change compared to some courses) but several not raked after play, and tee box positions looked like they had not been changed for a good while. Clubhouse and staff were excellent and the facilities were second to none. Course potential could be huge if properly looked after.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 111 Handicap: )
