Way to much rough, you can lose loads of balls here. Members and Staff need to be more friendly, one lady works there not pleasant.

The course is a nice course but I just don't like the fact that on fairways you can have a bad lie as it's a bit like a link course and I would like better marks but the greens are in good condition

Poor course fairway fringe rough is totally unplayable and is all over the course I would recommend very accurate players only, very overpriced especially weekend before 3pm

Tight, boring course with greens and tee boxes on top of each other. Course was in ok condition and is very short. Greens a bit slow, but in decent shape.

played in the rain on the jubilee weekend. greens were decent, some funny holes including one with little trees all the way across the front of the green.

Annoyingly you cant by drinks in pro shop so had to wait for barmaid to serve three lager shandy's to get a bottle of water.

Unfortunately this course has gone downhill over the last year or so-the greens are lumpy and patchy in places, the bunkers rarely raked by ground staff. Generally scruffy with graffiti and rubbish-looks like the love has gone. What a shame. It used to have some of the best greens in Surrey, but those days are sadly long gone...

Mitcham is a great high handicap course with good greens and short holes.
It is a fair test and though a little more expensive than it used to be is a still worth the trip for an intermediate player

Mitcham golf club

A decent course so close to London. A good variation of holes, with a few tree lined and very narrow. Greens had been cored so were not up to there usual standard. A bit of criss crossing but you do not overly feel you are on top of each other.

Definitely Worth a Visit

The course was in great condition - couldn't fault it. Unfortunately we were behind 2 groups of members who chose to ignore the 3 minute rule for a lost ball and held up everybody else behind them. It was also disappointing to see so many unrepaired pitch marks on the greens. As a visitor I did my best to repair as many as I could. The clubhouse is very attractive and serves a decent selection of food and drink. Service is a tad slow but not enough to make a fuss about. Overall a very pleasant day indeed and I would certainly recommend a visit.
