Nice place to play
Great condition, plenty of variety with the holes. Only complaint is that the car park is always busy, and if there is a function on getting a parking space is very difficult.Reviewer Rating

Great new setup
Hadn't played here since pre-COVID but some huge changes afoot at now ?The Mill Green?. Under new ownership and plenty of new investment has paid dividends. New bunkers, more water hazards, full turn round of the course so old hole 10 is now the first and the old 10th now becomes a testing opening dogleg Par 5.Clubhouse revamped too though loss of the pro-shop is a downturn to my mind. Anyway, the course is superb and I will certainly be playing here again.

A proper golf course
The last time I played at Mill Green was 10 years ago and I forgot how truly good it was. The course was beautifully presented. The fairways were manicured, the greens were Augusta fast and the welcome in the clubhouse was warm and very efficient. The bunkers are currently being renovated and are not in play, but that was not a problemvforbthiscsand lover. The food was excellent. I would say to anyone looking for a new course to play, with friends or in a Society, this is the perfect course.Reviewer Rating

Positive changes being made
Played here a couple of times recently and have been impressed.There is quite a bit of ground under repair currently with bunkers being moved and new bunkers being created and once finished, this will bring an even greater challenge. Looking forward to playing here again very soon.
Overall, it's a challenging track but forgiving enough for a high handicapper like me to still stand a chance of scoring well.

Great Golf Experience Day
Tried Mill Green for £25 golf experience day which was a bacon roll, round of golf and a pint afterwards. Lovely bacon roll and the greens on the course were excellent. All in all very good value and would recommend it.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 89 Handicap: 18.5)

First time at Mill green will call again, enjoyed the course some lovely holes and the greens were excellent.

A 6615 yard course that doesn't play as long as the yardage suggests. A course which rewards good straight shots rather than just power shots. In terms of design, the second 9 holes have the more memorable holes, with the 16th in particular the stand-out hole. A par 5 which is reachable in two....but with the ultimate in risk and reward. The only downside was the speed of the green. They were slightly on the slow side. The clubhouse has a good friendly feel to it. As a member's guest, £21 green fees is a bargain.
