The course is improving after major work. It will be nice when its settled and all the crap is tidied away. Paths are poor at the back of the course.

No bunkers in play due to water in everyone. Course very, very wet for an April day. Had to play preferred lies

Greens had been hollow tuned and sanded putting was very difficult. Normally greens are good.

Course looked awful and will take some time to recover from all the land-fill.

Course not in the greatest of condition at present. Tees are uneven and the greens leave a lot to be desired. Some of the bunkers are also in poor condition. There is an awful lot of construction going on at present which has resulted in what appears to be that they have taken their eye off the maintenaince of the course. Compared to other courses in the area this is no better than a municipal.

Course very boggy, not great drainage. Maintenance/ground work was going on around the outskirts with huge mounds of earth knocking about.

course is a nice layout, nice staff and clubhouse
poorly cut fairways and rough is ridiculous, spent 5+ mins every hole looking for any shot that went into the rough, ball just disappears even in light rough. ruined pace of play
