Good test

Even though the course is not long off the yellow tees, with no par 4s over 400 yards, it is still a good test. It's undulating nature makes you think about club selection but you may also get a few dodgy bounces towards the multitude of trees. Greens were true, fairly quick and some subtle breaks.

Nice straight forward course. Typical Hotel/Society course

As with most courses at the moment, greens are fairly slow and a little lumpy. Too many unmanaged pitch marks. Rest of course in good condition but bunkers need to be evened out at beginning of day. Too many "flat" spots, i.e. no sand as not raked properly.

Enjoyable

A really pretty parkland course. Quite hilly - therein lies the challenge!
It was a quiet Friday afternoon so very pleasant

Good course. Shame about 4 ball rule.

Course in good condition and the greens were still a decent pace. Only gripe is that when we arrived at the starters hut expecting to play as a 2 Ball we were told that it is a 4 ball course.as there was a single player in front we started as a 4 ball then split up as the 2 others were lower handicappers. That way no one was impacted. Needs greater communication on the website

Not great

The main problem is that members are very unwelcoming to guests staying at the hotel. Openly hostile and that includes the Marshall etc . The course clearly lacks investment eg greens very poor. Not much better than a council run course. Avoid if possible.

Great Course

Very nice facilities and worth a visit. Good challenging course. Be prepared to loose some balls as there are a lot of blind holes and punishing rough.

Great course

Really enjoy Tudor Park. Lots of lovely long holes, with challenging undulation in places. Well looked after, nice facilities and great sandwiches if you need a bite to eat. What's not to like!
