Excellent course and test of any game from low to high handicapper. Greens are exceptional, even during winter and all the recent rain. Clubhouse staff very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be back there during the summer. They have a few events coming up including the Jamega Pro Tour at the end of May, so going to book a team into the ProAm event on 21st May when the course will be mint!

First visit to Magnolia Park Golf Club today:
Positives: Good, interesting and challenging course layout with enough variety to keep you entertained all the way round. With the exception of a few bunkers and tee boxes, the condition of the course for early feb is very good.
Negatives: Club house feels vacant and run down. Mens locker room and toilets were very untidy.

One of the nicest courses in my area. Course was in fantastic condition and the greens were excellent. Some very tricky holes along with some very tempting short par 4s. Overall one of my favourite courses to play and I always look forward to playing there. Excellent club house and facilities and the staff were brilliant when I organised our society game there. Would recommend.

Played in a gale. Tipping down with rain too. I had a nightmare round. Second day weather was fine so totally different experience. To be frank the tee boxes are awful. Bunkers need work (and some sand wouldn't go a miss). Cutting the long rough back a bit would help higher handicappers enjoy it more. But this is a challenging course
which is well worth playing. The attached hotel is excellent.

Played the course twice over the first weekend in July, the staff and the accommodation were excellent, the greens are in great condition, but the rest of the course was just really scruffy, the semi rough had been cut and the grass left, the bunkers were a disgrace, Inaccept that the previous week had been wet, so either repair the bunkers or make them GUR.It is a real shame, while the front 9 are a bit up and down, the back 9 has some really interesting holes, but because of the condition of the course the 50 people in our group will not be returning.
