Great little course
Due to covid, there were no changing or catering facilities which is fine due to the pandemic. Staff ensured we followed the government guidelines. Course Marshall came mid round to ask how we were getting on/enjoying it etc which I thought was greatReviewer Rating

Good layout for 36 hole outing

While the course is in good condition and well preserved, by the time the back nine came along I was bored stiff of it. Not enough character of the land or use of features to stop remembering the holes as each the same. It was extremely busy as well which I am not sure is common or not. On the plus side, it would be an ideal course for a regular player to go with a beginner as it is very difficult to lose balls on and the holes are pretty much all straight.

Course in very good condition. Greens good, fairways lovely and tees very good. But the layout is uninspiring. The middle section is very dull with too many holes of similar length going up in one direction and back the next. Enjoyed holes 3, 5, 11, 12 and 17 because they stand out a bit. 18 is a tough finishing par 4. The course is easy walking. Rough more of a test than trees. On most holes you have to be a fair distance off line for trees to come into play. I won't rush back due to other options nearby.

Loudon Gowf Club
Very friendly staff and members . The course was in great condition although the weather wasn’t all that good . The greens were excellent as well(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 102 Handicap: 26.1)

Enjoyable course. Lots of trees off the fairways so be careful with your drives.

Great Golf course, however sometime can be intimidating for the beginner with the three whole along the road. If bad weather you are never to far from the club house if the weather turns on you as it does most days this time of year.
