Home of Ian Woosnam, Llanymynech Golf Club is World Famous for playing two different countries on 1 hole! Yes that's right on our famous 4th hole you tee it up in Wales and putt out in England and only measuring 340 yards off the back tees this par 4 is not as easy as it seems...

An excellent course, but cripplingly over subscribed & far too welcoming to all and sundry. Expect a long round; or if a member (as I am) resigned to 18 holes after 5 in the afternoon or before 8 in the morning. HmmmReviewer Rating

Lovely course setting but the course wasn't in the best condition .. Would go back maybe at the start of the season as I think the course is a good test

Message from Llanymynech Pro Shop - Course hit hard by snow (staying longer than expected being on top of a hill), greens behind with growth and work being carried out on them as we speak (sand and seed) As they are not the expected high standards we have reduced rates and handed out vouchers to visitors - many thank Pro Shop 26/5/13
