Joined last year, very competitive rates, course last time I played in September was in super condition, the greens being the best I've played on,incredibly challenging course with tight fairways lots of rough and lots of water, very difficult for high handicappers, never seen so many people looking for lost balls,I do wish it was run a little bit more professionaly as their is next to no communication with the club and members.

Excellent addition to London golf courses

I've played this a few times, only over the past winter and can say that, despite the horrendously wet weather, the course has held up well. The greens in particular were excellent considering the weather. It's a full-length nine holes which offers a wide variety of challenges - the par threes are especially interesting and varied but all the longer holes, especially the par fives, place a real premium on good placement of your drive. You really do have to think about it. The website claims its London's best nine holes; not sure about that but is certainly up there among the best. Definitely worth playing.

Quite a challenging course. Very hilly and undulating. Test golfers entire game. I alongside those who accompanied me on the course lost several balls in the high, unforgiving roughs. However, there were opportunities to hit a good driver and find the fairway beyond the bogey traps and where this happened it was a delight to hit an approach shot and find or almost find the green.
The greens played nice and fast. They were wide and a bit too tricky in some cases, requiring a lot of mental toughness and experience. The challenge of the dog-leg left first could scare any golf beginner. Long-distance hitters would enjoy scaling the water hazards which otherwise could spoil one’s joy.
In all it offered much more than expected from such a course and would surely churn out great tight playing golfers from those who are chanced to play it over again and master it’s undulating plane nature. Course easily accessible as well. I will surely -along with some golf pals- visit again in future.

Tee boxes are not in the best nick but it is a decent 9 hole practice course. Probably a couple of quid more pricey than it should be

A little expensive for 9 holes compared with courses in the area. Greens are excellent but course is very narrow and challenging.

The greens are good and true and each hole poses different problems. Look out for hidden water and the rough is long, so straight shots are needed.
My only complaint is directional signs from the green to the next hole - there are none, so if it's your first time, it's not always obvious where to go. It could be easily solved.

Quality 9 holes, fun and challenging, well kept

The course has really grown on me and finally decided to join as member. Don't be fooled by distance or the fact it's only 9 holes, this course will test your swing, your nerve and your golfing brain. Some epic drives at the 4th and 7th. Par 5 are short but definitely 3 shotters as anything other than perfect will cost dearly if attempting to go for the green in two. Undulating fairways will test ability to hit up or down hill and ball below/ above feet, just like on links courses. Water in play on several holes but never near the greens, which are good and
big with smooth undulations to make putting interesting.

9 interesting holes of Golf

Very nicely kept 9-hole course in west London, par 3, 4, and 5's keep it interesting. worth ?15 but charging ?21.50 at weekends (shame they used to do a book of 10 rounds anytime for ?100 which was great value). Good driving range and putting green too.

short narrow course with lots of great views and all different and interesting holes that are well looked after. Thr best value is to buy a book of 10 tee times for ?100 otherwise quite expensive for 9 holes.
