Super condition and value
This has to be the best value course I\'ve played. Tees and greens are those from a top course. It\'s a tough test, with narrow fairways and some interesting challenges.Reviewer Rating

If you’re looking for a course that will test your golf without being too pricey then this is perfect. Well keep greens / fairways with rough that’s particularly punishing & some well placed water features.Played there twice so far and the wind added to the rounds both times, however whilst the noise from adjacent roads was busy - I never really noticed it once out on the course.
Course can be busy due to learners / beginners but nothing too bad (so far).
Considering the price of courses in this area (& London as a whole), I think this provides an excellent golf facility.

My only concern is the path ways around the course leading from tee to tee could be better as some look like an unfinished driveway but other than that can not complain.
