Course in superb condition.
Only minor flaw - newly laid drainage channels not quite healed over and bunkers could do with a bit more sand.
We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and in the 19th.

The course was in perfect contion, all fairways 100% greens were true, all in all the best we have played on this year (only £15 )

Played this course twice in May 2012, first time greens were a little hard, but the week after the course was in perfect condition.
Food was excellent, a cracking bacon sandwich to start with a two course carvery after the round.
Club house and facilities very good, excellent changing facilities and a good choice of lagers and beers in the bar.

played this today and the price was only £15 for the round. The fairways were in excellent condition and the greens superb. great course layout ,well worth a visit

really enjoyed this course, was in fine fettle, a tad hilly but well worth the effort, you have to think your way around. can't wait to return!!

Excellent course, diverse holes, uphill/downhill doglegs, very hard par 5's, nice par 3's, very pleasant on the eye. This is a course where you will play better the second time once you know what the pitfalls ahead are. A real thinkers course, fantastic!

Challenging course
This is a very well kept and presented course. It is quite hilly and a bit of a slog up some biggish hills (especially on the very hot day we had). It is a challenge as you need to hit the ball straight due to the many dog legs. The greens were quite fast after a fairly wet spell the previous night.Reviewer Rating

Six years since we last visited here, the course was in great condition well maintained and the greens were fast and tricky. Very sociable and helpful staff, good food and drink in the 19th.
