Lovely flat course
First time at Haydock Park and for the time of year the course was fairly dry. The fairways are really good and the fairways and greens are well protected by some tough bunkers. The greens are very good and consistent. Will play here again.Reviewer Rating

Good conditiom
Played on the 1st of September in he NHS games. Course was in great condition despite the overnight rain. Greens held the ball really well. Tees and fairways were in good shape. Course management a must on this course. No idea how the bunkers are, wasn't in any of them ????. Green staff are doing a great job, well done. Friendly pro shop and bar staff. Will definitely be returning in the future.Reviewer Rating

Superb course
Excellent greens , a very good test of golf.Very friendly staff and members.
Course a little wet completely understandable with the rain last few days.

Lovely course
Thought this was a great course. Challenging in lots of places but still very score-able. Played in terrible weather and still enjoyed the round. Would play again(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 91 Handicap: 18.6)

Nice track

Nice course
Nice course, greens in good condition but a little slow. The course is well layed out but theere was some damp parts where it was a little boggy.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 88 Handicap: 11.6)

Forget the Races
People thnink of a day at the races when you think of Haydock. This course is often overlooked when chosing to play in the North West. Think again, give it a go. Its easy walking, some congestion on busier days around hole 2, but after that you're off and running!(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 97 Handicap: 21.7)

This was my first 18 holes for just over 15 years. So having had 6 or 7 visits to a driving range in the 3 weeks coming up to this, I was quite chuffed with the 95 which contained 3 x 7s!!
The course looked well looked after. It is a parkland course and yes there are lots of tree lined fairways. After a long dry spell the greens were a little gritty but consistent. Maybe a little steep at £30 but I would recommend it especially for societies who may get slightly better deals.
