Haydock park fantastic course
What a fantastic course a tight layout so you had to be accurate with your tee shots, the greens where easy to read and tan trueThe golf pro welcomed me and paired me up with another player and gave sone good advise on the course

Played this course in one of their opens, friendly welcome all round. Good practice facilities. Course in great condition greens true. Flat course but tree lined need to be fairly straight off the tee. Will be returning for sure.

Top class course
First time here at Haydock Park, friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course in superb condition for time of year, greens very true, not too quick. Need to plot your way around a few doglegs on back nine. Very flat so easy walk around. Well worth having a round here for sure. I'll be back at some stage.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 79 Handicap: 5.3)

Haydock recently hosted our annual golf day (for 44 people) and once again the day passed off without a hitch. The course was in excellent condition and received rave reviews from our guests. Afterwards the food was both tasty and plentiful and the service we received throughout the day was exemplary. Thank you once again and I look forward to you hosting us again in 2017.

A quality set up. A little busy but that's too be expected on the hottest day of the year so far. Tight tree lined fairways, you have to plot your way round. The greens had been watered so they played fast and true. Members were friendly and it was quite easy to follow the course layout. The clubhouse was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will be back.

Wow, what a gem of a golf course. Wettest winter in a century, not here. Greens are firm and fast..in march..!!!
Some damp patches on the course but only some, really well drained, very very playable. Playing off mat tees but well positioned making course play full length. Only one hole shortened to a long par 3 instead of a 4. Fairways are tight and tree lined, greens are small and superb for time of year. Easy walk but not an easy course dog legs going both ways some tough par 3s. Really well maintained can't wait to get back there in the summer. Superb value and great food too.

Brilliantly laid out course, not long but tree lined and you have to be accurate.
Small well protected greens with plenty of borrow and quick paced. Green fee of £30 (currently) is day rate.

Course in fantastic condition. Tough drives on most holes as fairways are tree lined and narrow with some sneaky bunkers to catch you out. Greens superb and fast. A very good challenge to golfers of all ability levels.

Nice course worth playing
Having played Haydock Park GC a couple of times before sort of knew what to expect. Usual friendly welcome in club house and pro shop. Course in great condition, greens rolling true. One thing noticeable now is the trees now come into play a lot. Think the club need to address this by trimming them back a bit as a few overhanging trees can ruin a relatively good shot and ultimately your round. But that aside still a great course to play, well worth a visit for sure.Reviewer Rating
