The best conditioned course I've played all year. Although the course is not the longest it provides a tough test on true but undulating greens, get the wrong side of the hole and you'll be staring at a three putt from 10ft!

A real pleasure
A very warm welcome as a visitor, every one we encounter was friendly and accomadating.Greens were in very good condition. A great course worth playing

Despite living only 30 mins away and living in the area for 35 years, I played this wonderful course for the first time yesterday. It's not long but 3-4 dog legs, ditches and strategically placed bunkers gets you thinking. The greens are the best I've played on this year and I look forward to the next time which will not be another 35 years!! scored 35pts off 14 h/c

The first few holes are quite standard but after that your made to think about your game which if you have never played this course before it will take you by surprise , overall very well kept course nice greens and helpful staff , i would love to play again

Really nice course with some testing holes in a well kept parkland setting. Nice clubhouse with friendly staff with patio overlooking the course.
Greens in very good order, quite slick when played so a few minutes on the practice greens advised to get a feel for how they are running.
Some thought provoking holes where leaving the big dog in the bag is the sensible play, hero shots from some tees will lose you balls!
Course conditions were excellent, ,bit of drainage work going on that did not impact play, just distracted a bit from the lovely parkland setting. Sure that will complete soon.
Thoroughly enjoyable round, would thoroughly recommend Haverhill and will certainly be going back for another round.

I recently played a round at this course, and I was very impressed. The condition of the course was excellent, and it suited my game perfectly. The greens were in great condition, and I found the layout to be quite quirky, which I really enjoyed. It really made me use every single club in my bag off the tee, which I really liked.

Lovely rural course
Good mix of hole designs and course was rock hard for April. Greens pretty fast compared to many courses, and definitely need to get off the tee well each hole.Reviewer Rating

Lovely Course
Played a twilight round here on a sunny evening. Really good value and the greens were still in excellent condition at the end of the day. Recent rain and sun meant the rough was lush around the greens which added some bite to the course. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating
