Played in November when quite wet. Not long but dog-legs and ditches make it a good test. Greens very good and undulating but true. Fairways long (hard to see line of fairway and 1st cut of rough) but i presume due to time of year. Older club but very friendly

Fantastic course, very well kept

lovely course and quick greens.Clubhouse is small but very pleasant with wide range of drinks and nice food.

Played on the 30th March, lovely day which always helps , course in good condition apart from the greens, which is understandable this time of year, should be fantastic in a month or two.

Really nice course with some testing holes in a well kept parkland setting. Nice clubhouse with friendly staff with patio overlooking the course.
Greens in very good order, quite slick when played so a few minutes on the practice greens advised to get a feel for how they are running.
Some thought provoking holes where leaving the big dog in the bag is the sensible play, hero shots from some tees will lose you balls!
Course conditions were excellent, ,bit of drainage work going on that did not impact play, just distracted a bit from the lovely parkland setting. Sure that will complete soon.
Thoroughly enjoyable round, would thoroughly recommend Haverhill and will certainly be going back for another round.

Lovely rural course
Good mix of hole designs and course was rock hard for April. Greens pretty fast compared to many courses, and definitely need to get off the tee well each hole.Reviewer Rating

Hot golf
Lovely course with an interesting layout. The second half was trickier but once you’ve played the course you have a better idea of where to drive too.Enjoyed our day though it was very hot!

Not very long but requires thought to plot your way round. Course in nice condition. Played via Open Fairways which was a fair price. I certainly wouldn't pay the full price of £55.

Course in good condition. My only criticism is of poor marshalling on the course i.e. a very slow four-ball ahead of us that would not let anyone through causing a very stop & start game for everyone behind them.

we played today first thing course in good condition greens were good but had too much sand and weed killer on it which made it harder to putt . but overall a great testing course

I played in a Pro-Am run by Eastern Region PGA with 41 teams competing. The course was in magnificent condition and the greens as usual excellent and very quick!. The staff are always accommodating.

The first few holes are quite standard but after that your made to think about your game which if you have never played this course before it will take you by surprise , overall very well kept course nice greens and helpful staff , i would love to play again
