Played here often, course as always pleasant. Good company with the lads from Marlow CC. Decent lunch after play.

From the moment you arrive you know you're in for a pleasant round. Lovely clubhouse, art sculptures adding a touch of class and a nice course layout make for an all round enjoyable day had by 4 of us. Fairways were a little patchy in places, but only a minor thing. Each hole seemed to pose a solid challenge, but always with a bail out or safe option, which is great. All in all fantastic for £45. Will play again

Poor fairways, excellent greens

Overall a superb facility , clubhouse etc, but as is the case with a lot of course without integral sprinkler systems the fairways are in a terrible condition and really a local rule for pick and place should be force. Without rain things are not gogin to improve. The greens are immaculate and overall a good course with a variety of interesting holes

Thanks for the review. The course was designed by Donald Steel in 1995 to not have fairway irrigation which allows a completely different style of course in Summer than the winter. The one consistent is the greens which are always tip top. Please come and visit us again soon. The Harleyford Team.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing course. One of the nicest courses in Bucks. a few tricky holes.

First time round here on a small society day. Lovely course in great condition. Played with a friend who's a member so useful to have some knowledge of the course as we went around as they are quite a few humps and hollows as you go round, and many of the greens have different tiers and various borrows. Good course guide available which is the same as on the club website. Course was in great nick despite heavy overnight rain. Decent course to walk though there are a couple of climbs in the round but nothing too severe. Well worth playing and will enjoy coming back.

Brilliant in every department

I booked a round with Leah in the office, who quickly gave us available tee times and prices, and directions to the course. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Leah and her team. Peter in the shop gave us advice on the course, and told us where the driving range and facilities were. We arrived with plenty of time to spare, so had breakfast in the lounge and watched the TV. The course was lovely, and had drained especially well from the recent downpours. No 2 holes are the same, with there being short and long holes, doglegs left and right, and uphill and downhill. The stand out hole is the 12th, a beautiful par 3 carved into a chalk cliff face. The greens are very undulating and difficult to read, so stay below hole! Whilst I played my wife walked the dogs by the river, and joined us (with the dogs!) in the clubhouse for lunch. Looking forward to returning sooner rather than later.

Great course

Great course, great conditions. The tees are all level and mostly without tee off marks. Worth visiting again.

Hole in ten golf society

Course was as fantastic as always a true hidden gem in south bucks the layout is great facilities are top notch and the staff are always friendly and helpful the back ground staff are always fantastic and will arrange the perfect day with constant communication which is so rare to find if you haven’t already booked do it ASAP can’t wait to return again soon

Society Day

Stunning course as always when we play nothing you can really fault from facility’s to staff and communication with the back ground staff too always happy to help in every way only down side to the day was my score if you haven’t played harleyford I highly recommend to book ASAP a true gem of a course and set up we will see you again soon
