The fairways were decent and greens true and well kept, average bunkers. The course has a nice variety of holes, good practice facilities and a nice bar and facilities. Welcoming members, one asked to join our two ball and even bought us a beer at the end which can't be bad! Would definitely play here again.

Enjoyable round on the winter warmer deal. Tougher than the last time I played it and some of the stroke index numbers have changed and seem a bit out of sync but not sure whether that matters at the end of the day.

Nice course in fairly scenic location, if you ignore the M5 on one boundary. Friendly welcome, fairways in good nick but should have been advised when booking/paying that greens were covered in sand, which is my only gripe. Course also encourages recycling, which should be a must on ALL courses.

Good variety of holes. Greens slow and had many pitch marks on them that hadn't been repaired - why? Bunkers needed a good rake but had plenty of sand. Friendly pro slope and clubhouse excellent providing a gluten free option and an all day breakfast which seems like a lot of courses are no longer providing after 12:00.

You could tell that the course had had a lot of water on it during the previous week but it played quite well. Greens quite slow but in good condition except for the number of pitch marks that had not been repaired! Plenty of sand in the bunkers but both always raked, obviously the members are a little lazy here. Pro shop very friendly and the clubhouse also, providing an all day breakfast and gluten free options for food and beer - well done
