Course was fully open but shouldn't off been was far too wet, First 8 holes was bearable but after that just wasn't enjoyable and paid ?26 for the pleasure, Wont be returning in winter months, should off spent money on drainage rather than putting in holiday homes.

Great Course

Shame about drainage Issue
Third visit to this course. Nice club, friendly members, most aspects of the course are good. Sadly spoilt by a real drainage issue. At times fairway itself your foot sinks into water.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 112 Handicap: 27.1)

Played on 9/5/16 with weather sunny but rather windy. The club house is very modern with very approachable staff. The pro shop was well stocked and pro very helpful. The course was challenging I'd design and requires both accuracy and length along with good course management . Overall the condition was ok but the fairways and tees had an excess of grass and the greens were unreceptive ( recently dressed) . As with all parkland courses grass management is a labour intensive problem and with a very wet spring and s sudden warm spell the grass has suddenly woken. I enjoyed the course and would recommend a visit.

Course in very nice condition for time of year, greens ran true all day.

Some rather large trees to go round or over. Big fast greens, well looked after. Long ( 150 - 200 ) par 3s. Nice clubhouse .
