First the I had played the course. Well looked after, even had receptacle for broken tee's and divot replacement soil available on tees. Greens were the best I have played on for many years, true and pretty fast. Maybe the rough was not so challenging but the established trees and well placed bunkers made up for that. Overall, very good with a friendly, welcoming pro shop….which cannot be said of a lot of places. Well done.

After a long drive you arrive at a mini Augusta. A peaceful pleasant golfing experience with a friendly atmosphere. Well stocked and friendly pro shop offers advice and help. Played on a special offer £120 for a 4 ball. Also parred the last which is a fantastic par 3 down the hill near the club house.

Amazing course, easily the best green in Hertfordshire and well maintained. All the staff were very helpful and the pro shop was one of the best i have seen around. Green team were working the whole day we were there. Incredible!!

Slightly too expensive and plenty of members who look down their nose at you.

This was a group booking including dinner and it was excellent value. The course is excellent and in great condition with excellent fast greens

Well establushed parkland course in good condition despite extremely wet weather recently. Tees in very good nick for time of year. Grounds staff have been busy clearing up the leaves which is a big plus in November. Greens generally rolling well. One or two a bit bobbly but most OK . Some challenging dog leg holes and a few blind shot off tee and for second shot made for an "interesting" round. Rough was pretty fair all round - short enough to find your ball but still a challenge in the wet.
Friendly staff in well stocked pro shop staff. Bar and catering staff also made for an enjoyable post round meal and drink. A good day out.
